This week we will start a new lesson involving linear relationships. We will discuss writing and graphing equations in the form y= mx + b. We will use tables and verbal descriptions to describe linear relationships.
In a linear relationship between two quantities, as one quantity changes by a constant amount, the other quantity also changes by a constant amount. Proportional relationships are a special kind of linear relationship.
Please do your best to come to school, remember that attendance is important and how difficult it is to catch up when you miss days.
