Week of February 1-5, 2016

LINEAR EQUATIONS, TWO-STEP EQUATIONS, AND INEQUALITIES

This week we will be having an assessment over the three lessons we have covered over the past few weeks which is linear equations, two-step equations, and inequalities. I have seen some major improvement with the amount of work being turned in and the quality of it as well.

I want to congratulate all of the students who participated in the Science Fair last week, and especially to those advancing to regionals. Good Luck!

February is a short month, but it will be full of upcoming activities. I urge you to be responsible and ask for your assignments in advance, so you don't fall behind with classwork.

REMINDERS:
Tuesday: Groundhog Day
Thursday&Friday: District UIL Meet @ Roma
Friday: Wear Red for American Heart Month (every Friday this month)

The video below will help you get a quick review of how to graph inequalities.
Fast forward to a 1:30 to get to inequalities.
