Week of December 12-16, 2016

5th Week of the 3rd Six Weeks!

Last week was a very stressful long week of testing, overall I am proud of the progress we've made, and I will be using the data to help us improve our scores for the next benchmark.
We know the goals we set at the beginning of the year, and I am confident we can reach them come May.
We have 4 instructional days ahead of us, so please make sure you attend school. We will finish covering theoretical probability on Monday, and review the final benchmark questions on Tuesday. I will have a probability review on Wednesday in the form of Bingo, and then we will have a short topic exam on Thursday. If you know you will be out, please inform your teachers so we can provide you the work beforehand. Be responsible!

Week of December 5-9, 2016

4th Week of the 3rd Six Weeks!

This week we will have the majority of the week taken up by our benchmarks. On Monday you will be taking the math benchmark which is a comprehensive test. We talked about it in class and we know our goals. I want you to have a restful nights sleep, and a great healthy breakfast.
Please arrive to school on time, and be ready to do your best. You will have 4 hours to complete the test as well as bubble in answers to your answer document. We want to prepare you for the actual STAAR test in May!
Also, we have only 10 days left before we are out on break, and if you have any missing assignments please turn them in.
Good luck and try your best tomorrow and the rest of the week!
