How do you find the area of composite figures?
Divide the figure into simpler non-overlapping figures. Find the area of each simpler figure, and then add the areas together to find the total area of the composite figure.
This is the first week of the 5th six weeks, and I want to make it a good one. This is going to be a scattered week, but I want to make the most of it. We are having the field trip to the Starr County fair on Friday, and we expect you on your best behavior. We also have early release on Wednesday, because the teachers will have a professional learning day.
