End of the 1st Six Weeks! This week is going to be very busy! You will be testing all week for each subject. My test will be on Tuesday and our review will be on Monday. It is in your best interest to show up tomorrow and absorb as much as you can before the test. For those of you still missing assignments, please turn them in ASAP!!! We will also be going over proportions and how to set them up to solve for a missing value.
The students were working on Constant of Proportionality. They used "dominoes" to connect tables to their constant. Some of the students were creative with the way they looped the answers.
4th Week of the 1st Six Weeks! This Monday we're going to do a quick recap of what we learned all last week which was unit rates. We're going to start on a new lesson that also ties in to what we already know which is proportional relationships and constant rates of change. Please ASK QUESTIONS if you feel lost. I am always available to help you, but you can't be afraid to ask. Whatever happened last week leave it in the past and start fresh this week. Come in with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn something new. Remember to utilize your student planner, because now there is no reason to say "I didn't know" or "I forgot."
