PERSONAL BUDGET AND NET WORTH STATEMENT

The last lessons before we start reviewing for STAAR are dealing with money! $$$

A personal budget is a finance plan that allocates future personal income towards expenses, savings and debt repayment. Past spending and personal debt are considered when creating a personal budget.

You're going to need to this for college!

A  net worth statement is very simple to calculate.

Net Worth= Assets - Liabilities

Asset: property owned by a person or company, regarded as having value and available to meet debts, commitments, or legacies.

Liability: a thing for which someone is responsible, especially a debt or financial obligation.

After we finish going over this we are going to review for STAAR!
